I am a Health Fitness and Nutrition Expert, Author of Go Ask Debbie, Public Speaker and Certified Personal Trainer. The Fitness bug bit me in l981. I entered my first bodybuilding competition in 1986 and won. After 7 years of competing, in 1993, I hung up my posing suit with 17 titles. I now focus on doing online personal training "debbiecrallfitness.com" public speaking and writing another book. In my online training I demonstrate every component of physical fitness: cardio endurance, strength training, core training, stabilization, and flexibility for overall wellness. Hope to see ya there!
